Intensive Response Team

The Transitioning Families Intensive Response team was developed by Dr. Bailey and Dr. Behrman-Lippert to provide an immediate response to families undergoing major transitions due to recovery from abduction/exploitation or the after effects of a violent crime.

This specialized team receives referrals from Federal and State Law enforcement agencies, mental health teams, providers, and agencies such as NCMEC. Families can also self refer.

The team with the assistance of Jane F. Dickel LCSW has the capacity to travel to the recovery site, victim’s family home or can arrange to provide services in Northern California.
